The conventional bulkhead is constructed in a multi-step process:

  1. Place an order with the correct dimensions to manufacture the bulkhead
  2. Purchase all the building materials required to build the bulkhead
  3. Build the complex sub-structure out of galvanised steal with screws and bolts
  4. The gypsum boards are added and joined to the steal structure (either pre- or post the structure being erected on the wall / roof)
  5. The bulkhead is plastered with rhino-lite
  6. The bulkhead is sanded to achieve a smoother surface for painting
  7. The final structure is painted

The prefab bulkhead:

The Prefab Bulkhead is manufactured out of 9mm & 12.5mm gypsum boards and joined with an adhesive. This specialised process in condensed into:

  1. Order bulkhead with specified dimensions
  2. The bulkhead is manufactured off-site, collected or delivered
  3. Join the bulkhead to desired area with an L-bracket
  4. Paint structure
